Filament: Polymaker PLA Matte White OR ZERO Basic Skin Color PLA

Craft dragon eye: JulieWang 12mm Dragon Eyes OR JulieWang 8mm Dragon Eyes (if you scale down your dragon to 69%, then it fits 8mm eyes)

Clear coat finish: Rust-Oleum Matte Clear Coat or if you want glossy look Rust-Oleum Clear Gloss

Steps:

  • Prepare & Prime: Clean your model and apply a smooth coat of Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch White Primer. Let it dry completely.

  • Base Color: Apply a base layer of beige paint for the body, avoiding scales and raised details.

  • Highlight Scales: Use crimson red on the scales and add orange to the tips for a fiery gradient effect.

  • Detailing: Add black accents on claws, horns, and shading around eyes.

  • Eyes: Attach JulieWang dragon eyes with glue.

  • Seal: Finish with Rust-Oleum Matte or Gloss Clear Coat for durability.

(Allow each layer to dry fully before moving to the next for the best results.)
