Kirby’s roundness makes him a perfect fit to be a Christmas ornament!:) We provided a single and multicolor 3mf version of him too, it’s a very easy and quick print, no supports needed at all.

Print difficulty level: Beginner

“STEAL THEIR LOOK!” instructions:

Version1: Single color PLA + Handpainted details

Filament: Polymaker Matte PLA Sakura Pink

Paint: Fantastory Craft Acrylic Paint Set (Use pink, black, white, and a mix of brown and orange for the top part)

Clear coat finish: Rust-Oleum Matte Clear Coat or if you want glossy look Rust-Oleum Clear Gloss

Since Kirby is so nicely-evenly pink, using the Pink matte PLA to print makes the job much easier, we recommend to then just paint the dark pink areas on him, like the feet and the cheeks, then do the eyes and mouth with black, and lastly the white “sparkle” to his eyes:) The top part you can either leave it pink, or paint it in any color you wish!:)
At the end you can go over the whole thing with matte or glossy clear coat.

(Allow each layer to dry fully before moving to the next for the best results.)

Version2: MultiColor 3mf file with Gradient PLA

Filament: COOKIECAD Unicorn Rainbow PLA ,
Pink, black, white or any other combo of colors from Polymaker Matte

In this version you can use the MultiColor 3mf file from your download, and the amazing Rainbow filament will do most of the job, you can fill up your AMS with any color of matte PLA or even gradients, go wild and make Kirby colorful and amazing:)

Recommended print settings:

(If you use Bambu or Orca slicer, all the print settings are automatically loaded in each version’s 3mf files)

–Layer height: 0.2mm, if you want thinner layer lines you can set it to 0.16mm (Or even lower, or turn on Adaptive Layer Height if you want very minimal visible layer lines, but it will increase your printing time)

–Wall loops: 3

–Infill: 10%, Gyroid

–Supports: No suppports needed for this print!:)
